6/15 In Plein Air the Future

with No Comments

Presented by:
Lise Brenner

Take the opportunity to visit a temporary open air gallery and plein air painting studio. Wander and watch while artists create their visions of Zuccotti Park c. 2080. Take inspiration for making your own drawings in sketchbooks available free to the public, or, take a photo of Zuccotti Park’s past or future using special woodcuts held up to your phone. Imagine yourself immersed in the Woodland past of 1609 or the projected future of rising tides and climate change circa 2080.

Plein Air the Future, dreamed up and organized by Lise Brenner, is part of the Arts Brookfield Series at Zuccotti Park. Arts Brookfield presents exciting, world-class cultural experiences to hundreds of thousands of people for free each year in both indoor and outdoor public spaces at Brookfield’s premier properties.
